Time to allow: About two hours for the show, boarding and train experience. The ride itself is roughly 1–1.5 hours.
Boarding place: Utica Union Station, 321 Main Street, Utica, New York.
Arrival and tickets: Arrive about an hour before scheduled departure. The reservation holder needs ID to collect physical tickets.
Show versus departure: The opening show precedes train departure. Follow your booked performance’s instructions; daytime shows operate only on selected December weekends.
Wheelchair access: The operator lists a 26-inch doorway and asks riders to arrange wheelchair seating with its office. Accessible restrooms are in stations, not on the train.
