Around the Depot

Lynnville is one of Tennessee's smallest towns — fewer than 300 residents at the 2020 census — tucked into Giles County in the rural south-central part of the state and named for a local creek. The town sits on State Route 129 just east of U.S. Route 31, an easy detour off the main highway, and the county seat of Pulaski lies a short drive away. The railroad museum stands among the historic storefronts of Lynnville's compact downtown, which covers barely a third of a square mile.
