VIP: direct on-site parking at Horseshoe Curve. Big Boy arrives 09:30 EDT, departs ~10:00-10:15 EDT. Non-ticket holders: Horseshoe Curve entirely closed to non-ticket-holders during locomotive stop; no public view-from-distance pathway at the Curve. Horseshoe Curve closed to ALL traffic except VIP badge holders during event; Veterans Memorial Hwy blocked to general traffic. VIPs must arrive 05:00-08:00 and enter from east (Altoona side). General admission must be through security by 08:00 or denied entry. No waitlist, no further ticket sales, event SOLD OUT. Tickets non-refundable and non-transferable; valid state ID required at check-in. After Big Boy exits (~10:15 EDT), all attendees must leave immediately — no lingering. General admission: on Jul 11 the Railroaders Memorial Museum lot (1200 9th Ave, Altoona PA 16602) is restricted to handicap-permit holders only; all other general-admission visitors park at the neighboring UPMC Station Medical lot and walk to the Museum entrance to catch the shuttle. The lot opens 04:30 (gates 05:00). No on-site parking at Horseshoe Curve for general admission. VIP ($60/vehicle): on-site parking at Horseshoe Curve, enter from the East (Altoona) side only — west approach blocked. RVs cannot park on-site.
