History
The Santa Fe & Disneyland Railroad opened with Disneyland on July 17.
The Grand Canyon Diorama was expanded with Primeval World scenes from the 1964 New York World’s Fair.
The Santa Fe sponsorship ended and the attraction took the Disneyland Railroad name.
Ward Kimball entered service as the railroad’s fifth locomotive.
The railroad reopened on a realigned route after construction associated with Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
